DescriptionUnder direct supervision he/she is responsible to lead different types of audits internal and external on different administrative areas in order to meet the Quality Standards for the Quality System. Handles the different corrective/preventive actions originated on the different internal audits and supervise that proper changes are done on the Quality Manual. Review the results on the Quality Meetings about the on the Audits and changes on the Quality manual according to the corporate guidelines.
- In charge of developing and maintaining the internal QMS
- Review of the ISO 9001 elements.
- Review of the Department Manual.
- Schedule & Perform internal Audits.
- Make functional audits on the Quality System of the division.
- In charge of the calibration department
- Coordinate corrective actions and preventive actions and update the tracker system.
- Review of the corrective and preventive actions.
- Close corrective and preventive actions completed or solved.
- Write and/or help to write the corrective action to identify one nonconformity.
- Verify the effectiveness of the implemented actions.
- Make a report of the status of the corrective /preventive actions.
- Give the associates the proper education on audit techniques.
- Planning and make training sessions on audit techniques.
- Define and establish the purpose and scope of the audit program.
- Program audits and assign them to each internal auditor.
- In charge of Doc. Control of the Facility.
- Coordinate the external Quality Audit process.
- Prepare Management Reports.
- Report issues on the progress for internal audit Quality Program.
- Bring strategies for corrective and preventive actions.
