WHAT IMPACT YOULL MAKE:
You will play a pivotal role in driving both operational excellence and continuous improvement across a large global Engineering Engineering operations you will be part of a team that partners closely with Finance and HR to ensure business outcomes are delivered as intended following this role you will lead Data Analytics & Visualization Lead within our Gas Power Engineering this high-impact role youll architect and own our enterprise data visualization strategy establishing a single source of truth for analytics across our 5000-person team. This is a unique opportunity to shape how our organization leverages data to drive operational excellence.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Define own and execute Data Analytics MGPP for Gas Power Engineering.
  • Own the creation and maintenance and continuous improvement of standard tools (e.g. YEE Headcount Tableau Scheduling and others...)
  • Work with STAI team on roadmap for incorporating AI into Operations daily management tools.
  • Standardize home-grown dashboard and tools into single source of truth for data reporting and visualization across engineering.
  • Own issue resolution for all Engineering data analytics systems.
  • Assist will all aspect of PMX integration specific to Data Portal.
  • Build and maintain KPI infrastructure for Gas Power Engineer.
  • Act as a change agent to drive cultural and operational shifts required for transformation.

Required Qualifications - What Youll Bring

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering or STEM from an accredited university or college or equivalent knowledge and experience.
  • Significant experience in data analytics related IT roles or engineering.
  • Knowledge of data visualization best practices.

  • Previous experience coding in various platforms (Smartsheet Tableau others)

  • Ability and willingness to rapidly shift priorities based on business needs.
  • Strong organizational skills communicating with transparency to deliver project milestones.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset finding creative ways to maximize results with highest Quality.
  • Customer advocate focused on simplifying processes reducing costs creating capacity and delivering increased customer value.
  • Strong analytical skills; data-driven but decisive despite ambiguity.
  • Be a self-starter pro-actively identify opportunities and deliver consistently without oversight.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position the pay range for this position is between $113200.00 and $188800.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110% 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidates experience education and skill set.

Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
