Our Transfer Pricing team is the market leader in international tax. As our Senior Consultant youll help our clients navigate through periods of complexity and significant change. As part of our broader International Tax and Transaction Services team you would have the opportunity to work across a range of clients from large multinational companies to small start-ups. Working closely with our international and corporate tax specialists across the EY network in New Zealand and overseas you would be part of an integrated team striving to help our clients thrive in a global environment.

Ko Tō Rourou Your key responsibilities

Formulate recommend and implement global tax transfer pricing policies and frameworks for multinational clientele
Analyse the impact of international tax policies and prepare recommendations on their consequences for clients cross-border transfer pricing dealings
Project manage multiple engagements to ensure they are delivered to time and budget
Model financial outcomes of cross border debt arrangements return on assets and profit splits
Provide fully integrated approaches to transfer pricing by preparing documents/data files/models in the fulfilment of our clients compliance obligations

Relevant Transfer Pricing experience in a relevant role either from an industry or professional services background
Attention to detail and experience in assimilating and communicating complex information and data sources *

Strong commercial acumen with the ability to stay abreast of wider legal economic environmental and political factors that influence transfer pricing
