Full Time- Day Shift
Position Summary:
| Manages day-to-day activities to ensure smooth clinic operations and high-quality patient care. |
| Oversees patient scheduling registration and discharge processes to ensure efficient patient flow. |
| Coordinates with physicians nurses and ancillary services to optimize clinic workflows and patient flow. |
| Creates and enforces policies and procedures to enhance clinic operations and patient care. |
| Develops and maintains EPIC templates and health information management systems for data handling. |
| Implements safety and regulatory compliance measures to maintain a secure and compliant clinical environment. |
| Monitors key performance indicators and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and meet operational goals. |
| Responsible for employment activities including hiring firing corrective action training monitoring and conducting performance reviews. |
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelors Degree in healthcare or a related field (Required)
|
- Masters Degree in healthcare or a related field (Preferred)
|
- One year of relevant education may be substituted for one year of required work experience or one year of relevant professional-level work experience may be substituted for one year of required education.
|
Work Experience:
- 7 years of experience in clinical practice management (Required)

Salary Range: Minimum 29.40/hour - Maximum 51.46/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
