Job Overview:A leading healthcare facility in Houston TX is seeking an experienced Mammography Technologist to join its imaging team for a 12-week assignment. This role focuses on delivering high-quality mammography imaging services to support early detection accurate diagnosis and patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

Perform mammography radiographic procedures according to established protocols
Produce high-quality diagnostic images to assist physicians in detecting abnormalities
Ensure patient safety comfort and privacy throughout all procedures
Explain procedures clearly and compassionately to patients
Operate and maintain mammography imaging equipment
Adhere to radiation safety standards and infection control policies
Accurately document procedures and patient information
Collaborate with radiologists physicians and healthcare staff to support patient care

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
ARRT certification in Mammography (or eligibility as required)
Active state licensure as a Radiologic Technologist (as applicable)
Previous experience in mammography preferred
Strong attention to detail and patient-care skills
