Purpose

The Manager Business Support will support achieving CID&As mission to transform the Bank into a data-centric organization through well governed data innovative analytics and impactful customer will track and report on the remediation of CID&A IT risk/audit issues and controls gaps. You assist the team to provide risk oversight for vendor and contingent worker contract management and to support CID&A managers ensuring compliance with Third Party Risk Management requirements.

  • Use management skills tocoordinate trackprogressand report on the progress of risk andissueremediation activities.

  • Conduct analytical work totranslaterisks into actionable remediation activities including leveraging data analytics tools toidentifytrends and areas of concentration of risk.

  • On-going monitoringand tracking ofissues raised by(second line)Internal& External Auditorsand Regulatorsandassistrisk owners to ensure remediation is completed within pre-defined timelines and risk is addressed appropriately

  • Support theSenior Managerinworking upwith initiative owners to build their capability to effectively manage contacts and licenses within theframe workof theriskmanagementframeworks

  • Support planning oversight andexecutionfor theforthecontract management lifecycle

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role

  • Post-secondary degree with 4 years of progressive experience in strategic business analysis program & project management as well as process improvement
  • Comprehensive knowledge of enterprise-level initiatives regulatory programs and operational excellence
  • You have solid communication (verbal/written) skills

  • You havedemonstratedability to effectively coordinateprojects andremediation activitiesin a complex organization dealing withrisk ownersacrossteams.

  • Youpossessstrong problem-solving and analytical skills to rapidly assess problem situations and creatively develop alternate solutions and approaches necessary to resolve high-level complex problems.

  • Youhave experiencewith compliance audit andorrisk management functions

  • You havedemonstratedgood ability toprioritize tasks andmeet deadlines

Accountabilities

  • ManageTalentprogramslike Velocity and Driveto attract develop andretainhigh-potential talent including young talent and internship/early-career programs.

  • Partner with Finance and Resource Planning teams to ensure Contingent WorkerManagement aligns with organizational targets and strategic goalsLead the monitoring of compliance of contractual obligations of CID&A contracts

  • Oversee Third PartyContracts to ensure compliance with contractual and policy requirements

  • Drive the establishmentoforganizationalAnti BriberyandAntiCorruptionprograms withpolicescommunication and training

  • Supportthe developmenttestingand maintenance of CID&As Business Continuity Plan
