Purpose
The Manager Business Support will support achieving CID&As mission to transform the Bank into a data-centric organization through well governed data innovative analytics and impactful customer will track and report on the remediation of CID&A IT risk/audit issues and controls gaps. You assist the team to provide risk oversight for vendor and contingent worker contract management and to support CID&A managers ensuring compliance with Third Party Risk Management requirements.

Conduct analytical work totranslaterisks into actionable remediation activities including leveraging data analytics tools toidentifytrends and areas of concentration of risk.
On-going monitoringand tracking ofissues raised by(second line)Internal& External Auditorsand Regulatorsandassistrisk owners to ensure remediation is completed within pre-defined timelines and risk is addressed appropriately
Support theSenior Managerinworking upwith initiative owners to build their capability to effectively manage contacts and licenses within theframe workof theriskmanagementframeworks
Support planning oversight andexecutionfor theforthecontract management lifecycle

You have solid communication (verbal/written) skills
You havedemonstratedability to effectively coordinateprojects andremediation activitiesin a complex organization dealing withrisk ownersacrossteams.
Youpossessstrong problem-solving and analytical skills to rapidly assess problem situations and creatively develop alternate solutions and approaches necessary to resolve high-level complex problems.
Youhave experiencewith compliance audit andorrisk management functions
You havedemonstratedgood ability toprioritize tasks andmeet deadlines

Partner with Finance and Resource Planning teams to ensure Contingent WorkerManagement aligns with organizational targets and strategic goalsLead the monitoring of compliance of contractual obligations of CID&A contracts
Oversee Third PartyContracts to ensure compliance with contractual and policy requirements
Drive the establishmentoforganizationalAnti BriberyandAntiCorruptionprograms withpolicescommunication and training
Supportthe developmenttestingand maintenance of CID&As Business Continuity Plan
