Job Description:

Entry-level professional responsible for managing preparing administering and directing the control of specific groups of invoices and expense allocations. Conducts detailed financial analysis. Work within an integrated finance and programs team to develop and maintain cost controls. Regularly communicate status of costs to management and other team members. Understand detailed allocations process to ensure costs occur on the correct purchase orders and expense accounts.

Weekly activities including journal entries and actual cost reconciliations

Tracking purchase orders and invoices within multiple systems

Coordinating with multiple staff for openeing/closing/adjusting requisitions

Attendance on weekly status calls

Financial analysis modeling and ad hoc requests

Monthly/Quarterly Management reporting and presentations as needed

Actual to Forecast Analysis

Focus on cost control achieving targets and driving cash flow

Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures and alignment with GAAP accounting rules.

Essential Functions:

MS office Excel and Powerpoint
Strong Communication skills verbal and written.
Analytical ability and attention to details
Ability to work in dynamic fast paced enviornment
Organizational skills and ability to multi-task

Qualifications:

Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0-2 years of prior related experience.

Preferred Additional Skills:

System experience (SAP and Peoplesoft)
