Description
client that is seeking a Finance System Analyst in Hollywood FL. Responsibilities:
- Finance System Analyst will provide functional and technical support for payroll activities related to enterprise HCM/ERP implementations
- Act as a strategic partner to Payroll HR IT and other business areas to ensure system functionality meets operational and regulatory needs
- Maintain data integrity validate system changes perform testing and support configuration updates
- Analyze payroll data flows to identify process improvement opportunities
- As a Finance System Analyst you will develop and maintain reporting to support payroll operations and compliance
- Serve as a subject matter expert on payroll system functionality integrations and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Bookkeeping Finance Human Resources or related field (required)
- 10 years of experience with centralized automated payroll processing systems or related financial accounting functions (required)
- Prior experience supporting ERP implementations with strong preference for Oracle/Lawson and UKG Timekeeping
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and lead cross-functional initiatives
- Excellent organizational interpersonal written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays as needed
- APA (American Payroll Association) certification is highly desirable
- SQL experience is highly preferred
