JobSummary

MaintenanceofEquipmentandMechanicalServices:

Performpreventiveandcorrectivemaintenanceonproductionequipment (manufacturingandpackaging).
Completeallrequiredtasksaccordingtoserviceprioritieswhilerespectingapplicablestandards.
Providetechnicalsupportforproductionequipmentandresolveoperationalissues.
Informthedepartmentheadordelegateofanyissuesencounteredduringmaintenanceand/orprojects.
Maintaintheautomaticpalletizingsystemthroughpreventiveandcorrectiveinterventions.
Performpreventiveandcorrectivemaintenanceoncertainequipmentinotherdepartments (laboratorywarehouse).
Performmechanicalmachining (repairand/ormanufacturing)andweldingtasks.
UsetheSAPsystemforconsultationplanningandworkorderconfirmation.
Ensurecompliancewithdeadlinesandexecutionofworkordersundertheirresponsibility.
EnsurecompliancewithqualityprocessesGMPandHSEduringequipmentmodifications.
Respondto clientrequestsrelatedtomechanicalissueswithequipment.
MaintainacleanandsafeworkareainaccordancewithGMPandoccupationalsafetyrequirements.
Participates in continuous improvement projects.

Projects:

Participateintheplanningorganizationandimplementationofprojectsrelatedtoproductionequipment (packagingandmanufacturing).
Providesupportduringthestart-upandoperationofequipment.
Coordinateandoverseeworkperformedbyexternalcontractorsrelatedtothepreventive/correctivemaintenanceofproductionequipment.
CarryoutallassignedtasksrelatedtoequipmentvalidationinaccordancewithGMPHSEandotherspecificregulatoryrequirements.

EducationalBackground:

CollegeDiploma (DEC)inIndustrialMaintenanceorElectromechanics
OR
VocationalDiploma (DEP)inMachiningTechniquescombinedwithstrongmechanicalaptitude

Anequivalentcombinationofeducationandexperience.

Languages:

FrenchrequiredEnglishisanasset

ExperienceandSpecializedKnowledge:

5to8yearsofmechanicalexperienceonproductionequipment (manufacturingandpackaging).
ExperienceinmachiningandTIGwelding.
KnowledgeofCanadianstandards.
Experienceinthepharmaceuticalindustry.
