JobSummary

MaintenanceofEquipmentandMechanicalServices:

• Performpreventiveandcorrectivemaintenanceonproductionequipment (manufacturingandpackaging).

• Completeallrequiredtasksaccordingtoserviceprioritieswhilerespectingapplicablestandards.

• Providetechnicalsupportforproductionequipmentandresolveoperationalissues.

• Informthedepartmentheadordelegateofanyissuesencounteredduringmaintenanceand/orprojects.

• Maintaintheautomaticpalletizingsystemthroughpreventiveandcorrectiveinterventions.

• Performpreventiveandcorrectivemaintenanceoncertainequipmentinotherdepartments (laboratorywarehouse).

• Performmechanicalmachining (repairand/ormanufacturing)andweldingtasks.

• UsetheSAPsystemforconsultationplanningandworkorderconfirmation.

• Ensurecompliancewithdeadlinesandexecutionofworkordersundertheirresponsibility.

• EnsurecompliancewithqualityprocessesGMPandHSEduringequipmentmodifications.

• Respondto clientrequestsrelatedtomechanicalissueswithequipment.

• MaintainacleanandsafeworkareainaccordancewithGMPandoccupationalsafetyrequirements.

Projects:

• Participateintheplanningorganizationandimplementationofprojectsrelatedtoproductionequipment (packagingandmanufacturing).

• Providesupportduringthestart-upandoperationofequipment.

• Coordinateandoverseeworkperformedbyexternalcontractorsrelatedtothepreventive/correctivemaintenanceofproductionequipment.

• CarryoutallassignedtasksrelatedtoequipmentvalidationinaccordancewithGMPHSEandotherspecificregulatoryrequirements.

RequiredKnowledgeandSkills

EducationalBackground:

• CollegeDiploma (DEC)inIndustrialMaintenanceorElectromechanics
  OR

• VocationalDiploma (DEP)inMachiningTechniquescombinedwithstrongmechanicalaptitude
  OR

• Anequivalentcombinationofeducationandexperience.

Languages:

• FrenchrequiredEnglishisanasset

ExperienceandSpecializedKnowledge:

• 5to8yearsofmechanicalexperienceonproductionequipment (manufacturingandpackaging).

• ExperienceinmachiningandTIGwelding.

• KnowledgeofCanadianstandards.

• Experienceinthepharmaceuticalindustry.
