Job Summary
Now Hiring: CNA / Home Health Aide / Caregiver
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable CNA/Home Health Aide to provide assistance with daily living and personal care services in clients homes in accordance with an established care plan.
We are also looking for Caregivers with transfer and Hoyer lift experience.
Companion Caregivers are welcome to apply.
Language Requirement:
English proficiency is required
Responsibilities
Provide healthcare and personal care services in clients residences
Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing grooming dressing and toileting
Perform household and light domestic tasks
Assist with transfers mobility and physical therapy exercises
Transport and accompany clients to medical appointments as needed
Provide medication reminders and assist with simple prescribed medications
Monitor and record vital signs (temperature pulse respiration etc.) and report changes
Maintain accurate care records and document services provided
Collect routine specimens as required
Provide companionship and emotional support (e.g. conversation games memory activities)
Educate and support clients and families regarding diet exercise and care routines
Clock in and out using WellSky or other approved systems to record service hours
Qualifications & Skills
Experience as a CNA Home Health Aide or Personal/Companion Caregiver
Strong knowledge of Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
Ability to monitor vital signs and report client status accurately
Familiarity with basic nutrition hygiene and safety standards
Proficiency in English (additional languages a plus)
Ability to communicate changes in care needs and follow care plans
Compassionate patient and reliable demeanor
Current CPR Certification
First Aid Certification (required)
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
