Inviting applications for the role of Opportunity Analyst Process Associate English Hybrid Bucharest.

The role involves managing client applications by creating opportunities ensuring accurate and timely transaction handling and effectively communicating across teams. It also includes problem-solving using standard procedures and maintaining knowledge of products and services.

Responsibilities
Create Opportunities directly into client application;
Communicate effectively with individuals and various teams in the program to ensure high quality and timely resolution;
Utilize standard procedures when dealing with problems and looking for solutions;
Prepare complete and accurate work/transactions including appropriate note accounts as required;
Maintain basic knowledge of products and services;
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Applicants must possess at least a high school diploma or GED;
Proficient with MS Excel MS Word MS PowerPoint;
Proficient in English B2 C1 (Read/Write/Speak);

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
Ability to communicate verbally and through emails/calls with businesses;
Proven ability to build effective working relationships with clients & internal stakeholders;
