The role:

As Assistant to the Head of Secondary your focus will be to:

• Administration

• Translation
• Events
• Support for the Wider Community

The Successful Candidate will possess:

• High attention to detail.
• Ability to respond effectively and professionally to requests.
• Strong ability to manage parent queries and complaints with empathy and clarity.
• Ability to plan and think creatively to solve problems.
• Strong oral and written English skills to interact with colleagues and parents.
• Ability to manage and organise large quantities of data within school systems.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint for reports data and presentations.
• Excellent cross-cultural interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to track measure and demonstrate success.
• Results-oriented with an ability to map efforts against identified KPIs.
• Strong time-management skills and the ability to handle multiple functions simultaneously.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all students with willingness to undertake required child-protection training.
