The Position
As Senior Business Analyst Analytics you will be a key partner across CK EMEA transforming data into actionable insights that inform critical business decisions. Your analytical expertise will support performance tracking reporting and strategic planning helping teams across the organization operate with clarity and confidence.
In this role you will develop and refine business reports conduct performance analyses and deliver insight-driven recommendations. Youll go beyond the numbers to uncover the why behind the data identify opportunities for growth or improvement and support stakeholders in making informed decisions.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with teams in Strategy & Operations Commercial Finance Marketing Digital and Global helping embed data into the organizations decision-making processes. Youll advocate for best-in-class reporting practices and contribute to conversations that drive business forward.
Key Responsibilities:
Predictive analytics and forecasting: Support the modelling of business outcomes and scenario analysis based on varying assumptions risks and market conditions to support strategic planning.
Risk and opportunity evaluation: Analyze data and market trends to identify potential risks and opportunities. Provide insights that challenge assumptions and guide business strategy.
Data-driven decisions: Support the creation of strategic recommendations based on robust data analysis to leadership and teams supporting a culture of data-driven decision-making. Deliver clear actionable insights through business reporting and deep-dive analysis that support strategic decision-making and operational excellence.
ROI analysis: Conduct detailed return on investment analyses and benefits tracking for projects and investments assessing and reporting on their financial performance cost-effectiveness and alignment with business objectives.
Business intelligence: Maintain and enhance analytical tools processes and dashboards to ensure that data practices align with strategic goals and adapt to evolving business needs.
Performance metrics: Collaborate with Finance and cross-functional teams to develop monitor and report key performance indicators.
Cross-functional collaboration: Partner closely with the Regional Analytics COE in Finance Hub and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial data performance metrics best practices and strategic objectives to enable accurate forecasting and decision-making.

Strategy execution & impact: Strategic milestone achievement business case realisation time taken to reach strategic decisions
Operational efficiency: Analysis turnaround time analysis accuracy dashboard utilization and uptime
Revenue & initiative performance: Revenue growth vs strategic forecast ROI on strategic initiatives market share growth
Requirements
5 years of experience in data & analytics or business strategy within a fashion retail or consumer goods environment.
Proven analytical skills with experience in creating and managing reporting to facilitate scenario planning and predictive analysis.
Experience in data-driven decision-making and benefits tracking leveraging insights to make strategic recommendations.
Strong understanding of how business performance and commercial actions/priorities link to financial performance and growth.
Strong results-driven mindset with the ability to balance short-term commercial needs with long-term strategic planning.
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills collaborating effectively with CK EMEA Hub teams and Global teams
Strong understanding of how to solve complex problems and critically assess the solutions required
Highly adaptable and proactive thriving in a fast-paced evolving retail environment.
Strong leadership experience with a track record of developing mentoring and inspiring high-performing teams.
Fluency in English
Bachelors degree in business or data science
