Your Core Mission (What Youll Be Rocking Daily)
- Own the Classroom: Lead a single-grade classroom (or defined primary range) and become the anchor for your learners early academic journey.
- Teach the Whole Child: Design and deliver a multidisciplinary curriculum blending literacy numeracy EVS and life skillsaligned with developmental milestones.
- Create a Feel-Good Space: Build a classroom culture thats emotionally safe curiosity-driven inclusive and buzzing with collaboration.
- Spot Early Support Early: Identify learning differences and behavioral needs early and work closely with parents and specialists to support every child.
- Learn Through Play: Use hands-on activities projects stories and play-based strategies to gently move students from concrete to abstract thinking.

- On-Site & Offline Role: This position requires you to work in person. Our teaching and collaboration happen offline to ensure meaningful educatorstudent engagement.
- Working Hours: Our general working hours are from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM aligned with student learning schedules.
