DESCRIPTION
Napa Valley College College is seeking a Temporary Applications Support Analystto support a campus-wide transition from Docusign to Adobe Sign. This project-based role will work closely with faculty staff and administrators to ensure a smooth conversion provide user support and coordinate project activities.
This is a temporary project-based positionideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys helping users adopt new technology in a higher education setting.
Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis until the position is filled. The salary is $27.70 per hour for up to 19 hours per week.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and manage the migration from Docusign to Adobe Sign
- Coordinate project tasks timelines and stakeholder communication
- Provide training documentation and hands-on support to campus users
- Troubleshoot application issues and collaborate with IT and functional teams
- Track progress and report on project milestones
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience supporting enterprise applications or SaaS platforms
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced collaborative environment
