Responsibilities
As Technical Specialist CLS youll have the opportunity to work with a large team of CLS this position you will work side by side with and assist the Supervisor in researching developing validating and maintaining new assays/protocols. Duties will include but not be limited to performing all lab testing proficiency testing and reporting training coworkers in the newly developed assays coordinates and offers expert analytical knowledge in use and maintenance of instrumentation and keeps up to date on state-of-the-art addition routinely performs all CLS duties and acts as a resource for communication/problem resolution.

Qualifications
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
Bachelors degree in Medical Terminology or related filed is required.
1 year of experience as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) in a Clinical Laboratory is required.
PREFERRED: Bachelors degree in Chemical Physical or Biological Science.
LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:
Current State of California Clinical Lab Scientist License(CLS) is required.
