Sligo/Leitrim Disability Service directly provide or fund third party organisations through a service arrangement to provide the following specialist disability services to adults and children with intellectual physical and sensory disabilities as follows:

Community Services
Reporting relationship
The post holder will report operationally to the General Manager for Sligo/Leitrim Disability Service.
The post holder will report clinically to the Regional Director of Nursing and Midwifery West Northwest.
