Were on the hunt for a talented Graphic Designer to bring the QRL brand to life across state-wide competitions marquee events and iconic teams from Series Launch to Grand Final.

About the role

Working closely with our Creative Services Team youll concept design and deliver high-quality creative assets that engage fans partners and communities across Queensland.

Youll collaborate with marketing content and events teams liaise with stakeholders and lead design projects from concept to completion all while keeping our brand sharp consistent and future-focused.

Expect variety fast-paced deadlines and the chance to see your work everywhere from stadiums to social feeds.

Designing standout creative assets for competitions representative teams and major events.
Delivering graphics across print digital social and advertising channels.
Leading design projects end-to-end while maintaining brand integrity.
Supporting major initiatives like QLD Maroons Hostplus Cup and BMD Premiership assets.
Updating and evolving QRL Brand Guidelines templates and visual assets.
Providing creative input and art direction at content shoots.
Travelling to major events when required.
An understanding that sport is not a Monday Friday 9-5 there will be times you will be working weekends and evenings to capture the big moments in our sport.

About you

Formal qualifications or demonstrated experience in Graphic Design Multimedia Digital Media or a related field.
Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign After Effects)
Knowledge of print production social media and digital advertising platforms
Video motion design and photography experience or an interest in this space
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities
An understanding of (or passion for) the Australian professional sport environment

ROLE SPECS

The position is full-time permanent role and the salary for this position is $65000 plus superannuation (may be negotiable dependent upon experience). QRL remunerate based on the position requirements to ensure gender pay equity in sport.
