Your needs are as unique as you working is a way in which our people can balance their time between the office home or another remote location. Its a locally managed and flexed informal discretionary arrangement. As a minimum were all expected to attend the workplace for collaboration and other specific reasons on average three days per week.
What you will be doing:
To facilitate the smooth and controlled transition of new or enhanced IT Service capabilities into operational IT service support via a clear and consistent ITIL based transition governance and quality assurance framework with little to no impact to existing services. Evolving beyond a gatekeeper function and establishing IT service design and transition activities as an integral part of the IT delivery lifecycle for flawless service introduction.
A key part of the role is supporting the Service Design function by contributing to risk identification assurance and mitigation activities associated with transitioning IT services into BAU support. The role also contributes to continual service improvement and supports enhancements to ITIL-based service design processes.

To work for the Rolls-Royce Submarines Business an individual has to hold aSecurity Check (SC) clearancewithout any caveats to that clearance. Rolls-Royce will support the application for Security Clearance if the individual does not currently already have this in place.
Due to the nature of work the Business conducts and the protection of certain assets a person has to be a UK national or in MoD approved cases a Dual National from a non ITAR country.
