NXTGEN are working with a fast-paced high-growth business seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to join their finance team during a critical period. As an FP&A Manager youll play a pivotal role in driving the budget cycle and year-end processes. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned FP&A Manager to step in and make a direct impact on the financial future of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

As the FP&A Manager your responsibilities will include:

Budget Cycle Ownership: Lead the budget-setting process ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
Year-End Preparation: Coordinate year-end financial processes ensuring deadlines are met and data is accurate.
Forecasting and Reporting: Manage rolling monthly forecasts providing timely insights to senior leadership.
Team Leadership: Lead a high-performing finance team ensuring quality delivery and effective communication.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the liaison between finance and operational teams ensuring smooth collaboration and identifying areas for improvement.
Compliance and Governance: Maintain strong financial controls and ensure compliance with both internal policies and external regulations.

Required Experience and Skills:

Proven experience as an FP&A Manager or Senior Financeprofessional in a fast-paced environment.
Strong hands-on experience with budget cycles forecasting and year-end preparation.
Leadership skills and a track record of managing and mentoring finance teams.
Strong analytical problem-solving and commercial abilities.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills with experience using ERP platforms (e.g. SAP Oracle).

Salary offered is dependent on experience.
