We are seeking an experienced E&I Maintenance Supervisor to lead our electrical and instrumentation maintenance team in a fast-paced safety-focused manufacturing environment. This role is critical to ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our production operations through proactive maintenance troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of electricians and instrumentation technicians.
Schedule and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical and instrumentation systems.
Support technicians in troubleshooting and resolution of issues with PLCs drives sensors and control systems to minimize downtime.
Ensure compliance with company safety policies.
Maintain accurate records in SAP (CMMS) for work orders parts and maintenance history.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to support operational goals.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and reduce costs.
Collaborate with Engineering and operations teams to plan and implement equipment modifications and upgrades.
Plan recommend and coordinate corrective actions and process improvements.
Support teams in problem solving.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE & STRENGTHS

Strong commitment to safe work behaviors and safety compliance.
Proven experience as a technical leader with the ability to solve problems make decisions and lead a team in a fast-paced industrial setting.
Extensive knowledge of electrical systems power distribution and instrumentation.
Ability to read electrical schematics and P&IDs.
Knowledge of Lean continuous improvement principles is an asset.
Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.
Collaborative spirit that inspires and engages teams to achieve excellence.
Agility necessary to work with various technology tools.

REQUIREMENTS

Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field or licensed electrician qualifications - 309A or 442A
Relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
5 years of industrial electrical and maintenance experience.
Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
Strong computer proficiency including advanced knowledge of MS365.
Knowledge of PowerBI and SAP is highly desirable.
