Key Responsibilities
- Connect with qualified leads (no cold calling) to understand their lighting needs.
- Provide consultative sales support recommending decorative and architectural lighting options suited to the clients space and design intent.
- Build relationships with architects designers and builders.
- Offer paid site visits or invite clients to experience our lighting centers.
- Handle queries via calls WhatsApp video meetings or walk-ins.
- Confidently close high-ticket sales and identify upselling opportunities.
- Coordinate with design logistics and production teams for seamless client experience.
- Maintain follow-ups and ensure client satisfaction post-sale.
Ideal qualities:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Well-groomed and articulate with a professional yet friendly personality.
- Ambitious self-motivated and able to handle pressure positively.
- Willingness to learn the art and science of lighting sales.
- Proven ability to persuade negotiate and close deals.

- Industry: Candidates from Luxury Lighting Décor or Furniture Brands will be highly preferred

- Weekly Off:Rotational (Saturday & Sunday off not allowed)
- Shift Timing:11:00 AM 8:00 PM
