Brand Marketing Manager
A leading UK-based specialist health & safety consultancy is seeking a Brand Marketing Manager.
Youll lead marketing execution in a fast-paced environment blending hands-on digital tactics with strategic campaign planning to generate high-quality leads for our consultancy training and ISO/CDM services internationally.

Responsibilities
Marketing Execution
- Scheduling 5x posts per day on LinkedIn.
- Formatting posts and ensuring consistent output.
- Community engagement
- Creating content from prompts notes or outlines.
- Editing simple video clips for social posts.
Content Creation
- Turning training topics or project work into micro content.
- Repurposing long content into snippets visuals carousels.
- Writing captions banner text email copy.
Email Marketing
- Building and scheduling email campaigns.
- Creating newsletters webinar reminders nurture flows.
- Reporting on open rates click-through conversions.
Campaign Owner
- Set the strategy & campaign planning.
- Managing webinar promotions.
- Creating countdown posts ads and follow-up content.
- Supporting events launches and training announcements.
- Gathering analytics to support your campaign reviews.
Sales Integration
- Work with Sales to drive consultancy training and workshop-to-sale conversion to 20%.
- Own feedback loops between marketing and sales teams to improve efficiency and outcomes.
- Weekly roundup of warm leads provided to the Sales Manager from each campaign.
- Liaise with Sales Manager to identify events to attend throughout the year.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years in the marketing industry.
- Hands-on and technical experience in a range of digital channels beyond classic social media (e.g. LinkedIn Ads Google Ads email automation).
- Strong strategic campaign thinking and problem-solving skills with a keen ability to navigate complex market dynamics and drive growth.
- Results-driven mindset the type of individual ready to challenge themselves and take the brand to a new level.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners (especially founders and technical experts).
- Experience in B2B marketing (ideally professional services consultancy telecoms infrastructure or related sectors) is a plus.
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot Google Analytics Canva/Adobe Suite or similar.
