What youll build

At SAP we are bringing together state-of-the-art AI technology with our extensive industry-specific data and deep process knowledge to create innovative AI capabilities across SAP products & services. Large Language Models (LLMs) hold immense potential to change the way we work and develop products. They are reshaping the landscape of Machine Learning across various domains. However they are not the final stage of AI advancements and there is a lot of untapped potential to use data other than language to solve modern problems of business software. It is SAPs mission to overcome these challenges within the realm of Business AI.

The Role:

• Collaborate with the team manager to plan track and report on project progress and impact
• Actively seek and implement opportunities for automation within the teams operating model
• Support the projects backlog to ensure that milestones and achievements are clearly understood enabling the team to make continuous progress and maximize value
• Identify opportunities for project teams to evolve into high-performing self-organized agile teams
• Assist the team manager in finding effective techniques for project backlog management and executive reporting
• Help determine applicable metrics to track progress
• Foster collaboration and interactions within the team

What you bring

• Currently enrolled in a university or university of applied sciences in Germany pursuing a bachelors or masters degree in a STEM or Business field
• Basic understanding of software development processes and procedures
• Familiarity with tasks backlog tracking burndown metrics velocity user stories etc
• Knowledge of common development practices service-oriented environments and Agile practices
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to learn and implement customization of various project management tools like Jira Airtable GitHub
• Fluency in English language (German is a plus)
• Coming to the office (Potsdam Berlin) is required
