IM&S R&F Team Lead- Your future position

Overall mission:

• Responsible for an assigned supply manager team which performs defined Requisition & Fulfillment (R&F) activities for Indirect Materials and Services (IM&S)
• Team Lead will ensure timely and accurate processing of all IM&S R&F tasks for assigned team in accordance with performance and quality standards defined in relevant service level agreements
• Main point of contact for the Team Manager in relation to defined IM&S R&F processes and activities

In this exciting role you will:

• Supervise day to day operations in IM&S R&F area:
  • PO management
  • Issue resolution in collaboration with DTC and AP team members
  • Supplier management
• Actively support continuous improvement of processes
• Build strong morale and spirit in the team
• Committed to develop him/herself
• Build constructive and effective relationships with cross functional teams and stakeholders
• Lay out work in an organized manner and monitor progress and results
• Communicate effectively with internal and external partners by phone or via email
• Support the set-up and supervise the IM&S R&F teams day-to-day operations for the countries in scope
• Provide professional support to the team: coach team members set goals evaluate skill development develop individual action plans and train team as needed
• Adherence to service levels
• Adherence to policies and procedures

Your professional profile includes:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Procurement or any related filed.
• Fluent English communication skills
• 5 years of experience in Procurement IM&S R&F role with leadership experience
• Experience of knowledge transfer activities; SSC/GBS experience is an advantage
• Self motivated driven and customer centric
• Expert knowledge of relevant SAP modules (MM MRP) and procurement tools advanced knowledge of MS Office
