We are seeking a passionate driven individual to join our Business Operations team within the Office of the CEO. The ideal candidate is strongly interested in technology innovation and the Employee Experience ecosystem. You have a proven ability to lead projects from ideation to execution with measurable impact. You excel at managing multiple competing priorities knowing when to focus on details and when to take a step back to see the bigger picture. Impact drives you and youre always thinking about how to move things forward.

You will lead BetterUps top strategic projects including annual planning acquisition integrations due diligence and more. These high-impact cross-functional initiatives will require a deep understanding of BetterUps value chain. Handling sensitive projects youll work closely with the CEO Chief of Staff and Executive Leadership Team to deliver strategic insights and measurable results.

What youll do:

• Contribute to the top Office of the CEO strategic projects. Historical projects include:

  • Support due diligence for partnerships with luminaries such as Brené Brown Adam Grant Pau Gasol and Shaun White.

  • Conduct research and analysis for BetterUps European market entry strategy.

  • Build financial models and analyses for BetterUps 5-year growth plan for the Board of Directors.

  • Analyze pricing and packaging in partnership with a third-party consulting firm.

  • Support annual planning and the company OKR process.

  • Contribute to the Davos activation fostering connections between BetterUps CEO and Fortune 100 CXOs.

  • Conduct research and analysis for cross-selling partnerships.

  • Support acquisition due diligence on U.S. and European acquisition targets.

  • Contribute to post-merger integrations.

If you have some or all of the following please apply:

• 1-3 years of experience in a high-growth scale-up environment or investment banking.

• Strategic and Analytical Excellence: You combine creative problem-solving with a structured analytical approach to business challenges and are adept at developing actionable insights that inform strategy.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work across organizational levels building relationships with senior executives and cross-functional partners to drive alignment and deliver results.

• Execution Mastery: You have a knack for juggling multiple high-priority initiatives while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and organization.

• Agility and Resilience: Thrive in a fast-paced ambiguous environment where priorities can shift rapidly and you remain steadfast in driving impact.

• Scrappiness: Someone who gets excited about rolling up their sleeves and doing whatever it takes to deliver. You do not hesitate to get involved from strategic work to the tactical (sometimes thankless) work.

• Strong interest in organizational behavior positive psychology coaching or behavioral scienceswe geek out over this stuff daily!

At BetterUp we compensate our employees fairly for their work. Base salary is determined by job-related experience education/training residence location as well as market indicators. Required Experience:

Senior IC
