Job Summary
Anticipated Contract End Date/Length: September 30 2026
Work set up: Hybrid 60% office and 40% remote (must be eligible for BPSS)
Our client in the Information Technology and Services industry is looking for a IDV Business Analyst to translate business challenges into clear validated user journeys and functional requirements for modernised identity verification. The role ensures the solution delivers real-world benefits for Helpdesk teams and end users supporting security transformation and improved operational outcomes across identity verification processes.
What you will do:
- Capture and refine requirements for Helpdesk and Self-Service IDV.
- Map current and future user journeys and identify friction points.
- Document POC criteria success measures and acceptance conditions.
- Support testing stakeholder workshops and readiness activities.
- Ensure alignment to Strategic003.1.1 and Strategic003.1.2 outcomes.
- Translate business challenges into validated user journeys and functional requirements.
- Articulate business impact and operational improvements linked to identity verification processes.
Qualifications :
- Strong Business Analyst capability within IAM authentication or security transformation environments.
- Experience writing user journeys epics acceptance criteria and process flows.
- Strong stakeholder-facing workshop facilitation and elicitation skills.
- Ability to clearly articulate business impact and operational improvements.
- Familiarity with Onfido Verified ID or similar IDV products is desirable.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments such as Scrum or Kanban is desirable.
- Experience using modelling tools such as Visio Figma Miro or BPMN is desirable.
