What Youll Do

• Build enterprise cloud infrastructure that provides European data sovereignty and hyperscaler-grade capabilities. Youll work on SAP Cloud Infrastructure solving complex distributed systems challenges at scale: multi-region networking container orchestration storage systems and the APIs that connect them.
• Your work will power SAPs production systems and thousands of customer environments. Youll contribute to infrastructure that enables organizations to run mission-critical applications with the performance and reliability they expect from leading cloud platforms.
• In your role as Senior Agile Consultant youll guide engineering teams building SAP Cloud Infrastructure through effective agile practices and delivery methodologies that enable rapid reliable delivery of enterprise cloud services. Youll establish frameworks that help teams efficiently tackle complex distributed systems challenges while maintaining the quality and reliability standards expected by thousands of customer environments.
• Your expertise will shape how cross-functional teams coordinate to build hyperscaler-grade capabilities implementing agile practices that support innovation in multi-region networking container orchestration at scale and storage systems that handle massive traffic spikes. Youll facilitate collaboration across teams working with Go OpenStack and Kubernetes to ensure effective delivery of production systems that compete with leading cloud platforms.
• Working within SAP Cloud Infrastructure youll design and implement agile processes that accelerate the development of enterprise cloud services that provide European data sovereignty. Your guidance will enable teams to deliver mission-critical systems that serve SAPs global customer base directly contributing to how European organizations maintain control over their data while accessing world-class cloud capabilities.

What You Bring

• Agile Expertise: Expert-level knowledge of Scrum Kanban SAFe LeSS with proven ability to scale agile practices across European engineering teams
• Coaching Excellence: 3 years of agile coaching experience with strong facilitation skills for sprint ceremonies retrospectives and large-group workshops
• Technical Understanding: Solid grasp of cloud infrastructure distributed systems microservices and open source development patterns
• Consulting Skills: Demonstrated ability in workshop design conflict resolution and presenting to large audiences with multi-team coordination experience
• Lean Principles: Deep understanding of value stream mapping waste elimination and continuous improvement methodologies
• Cultural Adaptability: Experience working across European cultures and languages with strong communication skills for diverse distributed teams.
