Job Summary
- Obtain all necessary permissions sanction letters NOCs and approvals from relevant authorities at every stage of the project.2. Coordinate with government departments statutory bodies and local authorities for timely clearances from project commencement to completion.3. Ensure smooth execution of tasks related to site security temporary water supply and temporary power connections.4. Liaise for approvals and oversee progress of lift installation and compliance with safety norms.5. Manage and monitor activities related to water line installation and securing permanent water connections.6. Follow up regularly with authorities to fast-track pending applications and resolve bottlenecks.7. Maintain proper documentation of all approvals submissions correspondences and inspection reports.8. Coordinate and schedule site inspections by officials ensuring readiness of required documents.9. Work closely with project engineering and contractor teams to ensure all liaisoning requirements are delivered on time.10. Keep management updated on approval status risks regulatory changes and project-stage compliance needs.Essential Qualification : Any Graduate Experience : 3 to 5 years
