Join Bird & Bird in Hamburg Dusseldorf Frankfurt or Munich and strengthen our global Responsible Business team as a Responsible Business Executive (m/f/d).
- Coordinate the intake scoping and allocation of pro bono matters across our global network.
- Support sustainability reporting by collating data for annual reports client RFPs ESG ratings and award submissions.
- Maintain accurate records of pro bono hours and outcomes whilst drafting compelling communications that highlight the impact of our community work.
- Support NGOs charities and community partners across multiple offices ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders.
- Track supplier compliance with ESG criteria and ethical sourcing requirements helping to identify risks and opportunities within our value chain.
- Work closely with our Head of Responsible Business to ensure risk registers ESG assessments and due diligence requirements stay on track.
- Actively engage in diverse responsible business projects and initiatives that support both short and long-term priorities.
- A genuine passion and solid understanding of responsible business ESG and sustainability topics.
- Confidence in communicating with stakeholders at all levels across our global network.
- Quick adaptability to new IT software complemented by strong Word Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Excellent writing and presenting abilities that bring content to life.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams and competing priorities.
- Integrity professionalism and creative problem-solving capabilities.
- A proactive mindset comfortable working independently and using your own initiative.
