Job Summary

**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Problem Solver / Inventory Control Associate to join our team in Avon IN. As part of this role you will be responsible for identifying and resolving inventory discrepancies including missing damaged mis-sorted or incorrect items in order to ensure accurate order fulfillment. You will utilize warehouse software and data analysis to optimize operational efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Proactively address inventory discrepancies by investigating order defects ASIN mismatches shorted containers and problematic units using internal systems and root-cause analysis.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve inventory and process issues efficiently and effectively.
- Utilize warehouse software to track inventory movement conduct audits and make necessary adjustments to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of inventory concerns.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in the implementation of inventory control procedures to minimize errors and improve overall efficiency.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in logistics or inventory management is a plus.
- Prior experience in a warehouse environment or inventory control role is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

**Schedule**

Wednesday- Saturday with part-time hours on Saturday & Sunday Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

**Pay**

Starting at $18.50 per hour
