Position Overview

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced and dependable Travel Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) for a short-term contract assignment in Rutland Vermont. This day-shift role is ideal for a travel professional who thrives in a structured environment and can commit to a consistent schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Provide compassionate hands-on care to residents under the supervision of licensed nursing staff
Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing dressing grooming toileting feeding and hydration
Measure and document vital signs accurately
Assist with safe transfers ambulation and repositioning to support mobility and skin integrity
Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs
Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team
Maintain a clean safe and organized care environment
Complete accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record system

Qualifications

License: Active unencumbered Vermont LNA license required (VT LNA licensure mandatory)
Certification: Current BLS certification (AHA preferred)
Experience: Minimum 1 year of recent Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred
Transportation: Must have reliable personal transportation
Availability: Ability to work every weekend throughout the assignment
