As part of that journeywe are strengthening our R&D teams working with Power Electronicsinour Krakowsite. You will take over the lead of a cross-functionaldiverseand highly motivated team consisting of Power Electronics Control ElectronicDesignand Mechanical Engineers. You will further grow the team shape team spirit and contribute to the development of new converter platforms for a range of grid and DC applications. Together with the team you are expected to push the technology boundaries in terms of efficiency sizeand operational performance.

Your background:
University degree inElectricalEngineeringMechanicalEngineering Electronics or a comparable technical discipline.
Minimum3years of professional experiencewith Scrum role
Previousexperience with power electronic converterspowersuppliesorelectronicsdevelopment processeswill be beneficial.
Hands-on experience in applying agile development methods in a hardwareenvironment
Strong commitment to safe work practices and dedication to following all relevant workplace safety guidelines.
A high levelof self-motivationcuriosityand desire to learn aboutnew technologies.
A collaborativesolutions-orientedapproachandstrong communicationskills.
