About the Team
The Learning & Development Team is part of the People organization at Gorgias.
We design and deliver impactful programs that help every Gorgian grow from onboarding to leadership development to AI adoption. Our mission is to empower teams to learn faster work smarter and thrive in a fast-changing SaaS environment.
Youll join a high-impact function driving AI-enabled learning transformation helping 400 employees leverage new tools and mindsets to scale their impact.
What Youll Do
Build engaging learning experiences:
Create internal programs that blend micro-learning storytelling and digital resources to help teams build new skills.
Operationalize AI first workflows:
Transform the delivery of enablement by creating bots agents and fully automated process for subject matter experts to share their knowledge.
Coordinate program delivery:
Support logistics communications and participant engagement for internal learning sessions and onboarding cohorts.
Measure and iterate:
Track participation collect feedback and continuously improve program design using data and learner insights.
Build scalable learning assets:
Develop templates visuals and Notion pages that make knowledge sharing effortless across the organization.
Who You Are
Youre curious creative and energized by the idea of helping people work smarter through technology. You thrive at the intersection of learning design and AI.
Specifically you have:
A strong interest in AI and digital transformation in the workplace.
Excellent writing storytelling and presentation design skills.
Comfort with tools in general.
A bias for action: you love building testing and iterating quickly.
