Job Summary

Contact Centre Agent German Speaking

Location: Malta (On-site)
Start date: 15 February 2026
Working hours: Monday to Friday between 09:0018:30 (8-hour shift basis)

We are hiring German-speaking Contact Centre Agents to join an international team on-site in Malta.

This is a long-term opportunity with a clear salary progression relocation support and performance-based incentives.

Requirements

  • German: C2 (native or near-native)
  • English: C1
  • Availability to work on-site in Malta
  • Customer-focused mindset and strong communication skills

Salary Call Centre Agent Rates

  • Month 1: 5.60 per hour
  • Month 2: 8.10 per hour
  • After probation: 8.50 per hour
  • After 12 months: 8.75 per hour (performance-based)
  • After 18 months: 9.20 per hour (performance-based)

Additional Benefits

  • Performance bonus: up to 2000 per year (pro-rated quarterly eligible after 6-month probation)
  • Language allowance: 250 per month (after training period)
  • Relocation allowance: 2000 (eligible after 1 month of employment)
