Job Summary
Contact Centre Agent German Speaking
Location: Malta (On-site)
Start date: 15 February 2026
Working hours: Monday to Friday between 09:0018:30 (8-hour shift basis)
We are hiring German-speaking Contact Centre Agents to join an international team on-site in Malta.
This is a long-term opportunity with a clear salary progression relocation support and performance-based incentives.
Requirements
- German: C2 (native or near-native)
- English: C1
- Availability to work on-site in Malta
- Customer-focused mindset and strong communication skills
Salary Call Centre Agent Rates
- Month 1: 5.60 per hour
- Month 2: 8.10 per hour
- After probation: 8.50 per hour
- After 12 months: 8.75 per hour (performance-based)
- After 18 months: 9.20 per hour (performance-based)
Additional Benefits
- Performance bonus: up to 2000 per year (pro-rated quarterly eligible after 6-month probation)
- Language allowance: 250 per month (after training period)
- Relocation allowance: 2000 (eligible after 1 month of employment)
