We are hiring a part-time RN for our Emergency Department Float Pool. This is a day shift position that will float between all 4 main hospital locations in Lees Summit Overland Park North Kansas City and Plaza areas.
Our teams have unit-based leadership teams and are supportive and collaborative on one another. We believe in creating teams that are kind professional and treats each other as they would a patient. This is key to being successful in this position. These teams work with innovative processes and technologies. We continue to expand our robotics programs.
Shift: Part Time Days
Responsibilities:
Functions independently and accountable for utilizing the nursing process.
Coordinates the care for a group of patients with the Multidisciplinary Team.
Delegates tasks appropriately.
Identifies hospital resources.
Serves as a clinical resource for new employees.
Demonstrates positive formal or informal leadership within unit or department.
