NeuLife Rehabilitation of Michigan provides rehabilitation and residential services for individuals with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) Spinal Cord Injuries and Neurological Disorders.

Position Summary: NeuLife Rehabilitation of Michigan (NRLM) is seeking a reliable organized and servicedriven Midnight Medical Coordinator to support overnight clinical operations across multiple Metro Detroit locations. The Midnight Medical Coordinator ensures proper maintenance and sanitation of medical equipment oversees medical supply inventory and provides support with personserved care coordination to promote continuity of services. Serving as a key resource for operational efficiency this role helps maintain regulatory compliance supports safe and consistent workflows and contributes to highquality service delivery across all NRLM sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work scheduled overnight shifts (11:00 PM-7:00 AM or 10:00 PM-6:00 AM) five days per week with no weekend requirements.
- Travel to designated locations within the Metro Detroit area to perform assigned duties.
- Operate and maintain medical equipment and devices including but not limit to CPAP machines wheelchairs and transfer belts Hoyer lift.
- Clean and sanitize medical equipment and supplies according to established protocols.
- Review incoming prescriptions/scripts and distribute them accurately and promptly.
- Ensure proper use of wedges educate staff on their application and identify appropriate person served for wedge use.
- Monitor and manage medical supply inventory; reorder as needed to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Verify person served appointments and assist with scheduling as necessary.
- Provide support in organizing and maintaining person served care documentation.
- Collaborate with clinical and operations/residential teams to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance and supply distribution.
Qualifications:
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) required.
- High school diploma/GED
- Knowledge of medical equipment and devices operation and maintenance (CPAP Wheelchairs Transfer Belt Hoyer Lift etc.).
- Point Click Care (PCC) experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel between multiple locations in Metro Detroit.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of infection control and cleaning protocols.
