About our Team:Our Engineering teamlocatedin Tapestrys Jacksonville Fulfillment Center is focused onmaintainingproductivity standardsidentifyingopportunities for continuous improvement and ensuring theOperationhas the tools they need to be successful. This team uses timestudyand statistical analyses to update productivity standards andreflectthe actual work being performed by our operational Engineering team willidentifyopportunities for improvement perform the necessary cost-benefit analyses and liaise with Operations to implement solutionsregardingthose opportunities. Additionally Engineering willfacilitateproviding the necessary tools for Operations to be successful. This includes purchasing or building tools to aid in daily decision making.

Internship Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive dataanalysestoidentifyopportunities for optimization and improvement within supply chain operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven solutions to address operational challenges.

  • Design and implement interactive dashboards and data visualization tools to effectively communicate critical operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including operations supply chain and business stakeholders to understand their data needs and priorities.

  • Leverage data-driven techniques such as process mining and process mapping to gain comprehensive insights into existing processes. Conduct in-depth analyses of current operational processes and workflows toidentifyinefficiencies bottlenecks and areas for improvement.

Intern Qualifications:

  • Must be a junior seniornew graduatewith relevant coursework

  • SQL knowledge

  • Dashboarding Tool experience (Tableau Preferred)

  • Microsoft Excel Word PowerPoint Visio experience

  • Must be able to work onsite for full12 weeksof internship
