Overview
TheReplenishment Analystis responsible forgenerating purchase orders for assigned suppliers identifying and resolving at risk inventory levels building and maintaining supplier relationships and working with teams across SCM to follow orders through from order placement to receipt.
Primary Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Purchasing Operations:Process purchase orders (POs) ensuring accuracy managing all revisions to orders handling vendor & item setup and working with Logistics to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Analysis & Reporting:Analyze supplier data to identify risks and opportunities for efficiency.
- Collaboration:Work with various departments including finance operations and commercial teams to align procurement with business goals and policies.
- Supplier Relationship Management (SRM):Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers monitoring their performance and resolving issues.
- Process Improvement:Identifying and implementing ways to improve the overall procurement process potentially updating workflows.
- Reporting:Generating reports on purchases supplier data and replenishment activities.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in procurement purchasing supply chain or related field
- Strong organizational multi-tasking and time management skills
- Strong analytical problem solving and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office SAP and ERP systems preferred but not required
Physical Demands
Physical demands include a considerable amount of time sitting and typing/keyboarding using a computer (e.g. keyboard mouse and monitor) or adding machine
Physical demands with activity or condition may occasionally include walking bending reaching standing and stooping
May require occasional lifting/lowering pushing carrying or pulling up to20lbs
