We are currently seeking a Health and Safety Coordinator who manages all aspects of Health and Safety of facility personnel through managing established health and safety programs.

Compensation ranges from $84005 to $98000 with bonus potential.

When your actions lead to success:

• Conduct workplace inspections risk assessments and safety walks with leadership and safety teams.
• Perform contractor inspections and programmed safety audits per TC standards.
• Manage change processes for machines work areas and safety communications.
• Address and resolve employee safety concerns promptly.
• Oversee environmental compliance tasks: hazardous waste stormwater inspections and reporting.
• Prepare and submit required environmental and safety reports on schedule.
• Lead Safety Team meetings agendas and corrective action follow-up.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and corporate safety programs including audits.
• Investigate accidents/incidents identify root causes and implement preventive measures.
• Coordinate safety training schedules and ensure completion in partnership with HR.
