Job Summary

ROLE SUMMARY

TheDirector Strategy & OperationsLeadwilllead the Marketing Excellence agenda to accelerate and delivercomprehensive business support totheIntegrated Media & Engagement Team(IM&ET)working to maximize the performance and impact of the business.This role willanticipateidentify understand engageinanddriveeffective prioritization of opportunities across the business and ensureresolution and implementationina timelyand effective manner. As a member of theIntegrated Media & Engagement Teamleadership teamhe/shewill providestrategic partnershipand thought leadershipto enhance goal clarity and alignment of activities betweenkeyinternaland externalstakeholders.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Driveplanning operational and project managementsupportmembers of the Leadership Team to achieve goals; prepare and providematerials and drafts of deliverablesensurekey projects are completed ina timelyand high-quality manner.

  • Partnerwiththe leadershipteam to develop enable andimplement overarchingstrategic agenda and priorities through business strategies operationalplansand key business projects.

  • Develop strong understanding ofIntegrated Media & Engagementcapabilitiesstrategyand pipeline and activelyleveragethis knowledge to inform priorities.

  • Leadas aculturechampionigniting collaboration and inclusivity amongst theorganization byamplifyingvalue-drive initiatives.

  • Responsible for end to end fit for purpose governance planning/executionincludingcoordination of semester goals and partnershipwith the leadership to advance goals.

  • Lead and/or provide strategic direction for project teams on critical initiativesincludingcontinuous improvementand change managementinitiatives.

  • Lead planningmeetinggovernanceandexecution ofcommunication needsof cross-functional meetings. Manage and track follow-up activities asappropriate toensure implementation.

  • Partnerwith and engage key internal stakeholders to supportoperatingplan.

  • Drive alignment of efforts across the leadership team:identifyingsharingand implementing best practices ensuring consistency in over-arching processes and systems and developing partnerships with key colleagues in other functional areas ensuring ongoing alignment of goals and strategies

  • Drivethe compilation of strategic documents and presentations in collaboration with other partners(e.g.quarterly business review).

  • Enhancedigital adaptation of technologies:foster innovation by embedding digital adaptation and building strategy


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Undergraduate degree; MBA preferred

  • B/A with at least 8 years of experience or MBA/MS with at least7yearsofexperience

  • Demonstrated ability to lead change and influence without direct authority

  • Strong business acumen with ability to translate data into actionable strategic insights

  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and making complex decisions quickly

  • Strong communicationskills including presentations PowerPoint/written and meeting facilitation; ability to mobilize key stakeholders and engage senior leadership

  • Excellence in driving highly collaborative and productive cross-functional relationships

  • Demonstrated agility and ability to drive program completion inexpeditedtimeline.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Track recordof strong project management financial acumen and stakeholder management; working collaboratively across organizational functions and verticals

  • Proven experience developing and implementing organizational imperatives through organic influence and followership

  • Advancedproficiencywith PowerPoint Excel

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $156600.00 to $261000.00.* In addition this position is eligible for participation in Pfizers Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
