Marketing Manager

Job Description

• Partner with leadership to shape and execute marketing strategies that drive growth
• Plan and run integrated campaigns to generate leads retain customers and promote product adoption
• Develop programs that grow both new and existing customer value
• Strengthen brand identity messaging and visual consistency
• Create clear engaging messaging that highlights value and innovation
• Work closely with Product Sales and Customer Success to support launches and market positioning
• Mentor and guide the marketing team to ensure consistent high-quality execution
• Oversee production of content across web email sales materials case studies and presentations
• Manage website SEO/SEM and social media strategies
• Track campaign performance and optimize marketing ROI using dashboards and metrics
• Plan and execute events industry sessions and roadshows that drive engagement and visibility

• Post-secondary education in Marketing Communications or Business Administration
• 5 7 years of marketing experience ideally in B2B technology SaaS or service-based environments
• Proven hands-on experience across digital marketing content campaigns and events
• Ability to translate complex technical products into clear and compelling messaging
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with teams
• Data-driven and analytical with a strong focus on measuring and optimizing results
• Curious adaptable and proactiveequally comfortable setting strategy and executing it
