Cybersecurity Business Development Manager

Are you a driven commercially astute salesperson looking to build a career in one of the fastest-growing sectors Were expanding our Cybersecurity practice and are looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager to join our team and accelerate revenue growth across penetration testing red teaming threat intelligence managed security services cloud security and wider advisory offerings.

About the Role

As a Cybersecurity Business Development Manager you will be responsible for identifying developing and closing new business opportunities across mid-market and enterprise accounts. Youll work closely with our technical consultants delivery teams and sector leads to shape solutions that address clients risk regulatory and resilience challenges.

This is a high-visibility high-impact role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by uncapped earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound activity networking events and strategic partnerships.
  • Understand client drivers regulatory obligations (e.g. DORA NIS2 ISO 27001) and threat landscapes to position appropriate service solutions.
  • Work with presales and consultants to scope and present technical engagements (e.g. Pen Testing Red Teaming vCISO Managed Detection & Response Incident Response retainers SOC uplift).
  • Deliver compelling proposals presentations and commercial models that demonstrate value and ROI.
  • Meet and exceed monthly quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene forecast accurately and contribute to sales reporting.
  • Represent the business at industry events conferences and client workshops.

What Were Looking For

  • Experience in cybersecurity sales
  • Strong understanding of security frameworks risk management and regulatory drivers (desirable not essential).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Exceptional communication negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to translate technical detail into clear business value.
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong commercial acumen.
  • Comfortable managing a complex pipeline and multithreaded opportunities.
