Your mission is at the heart of this transformation. Yourobjectiveis togalvanise structure and develop the sales team whilemaintaininga strong presence in the field.
You will support the sales representatives in their performance their commercialapproachand their ability to develop new business existingcustomers as architects engineering offices installerswholesaleand direct customers.
At the same time you will personally take charge of certain strategic key accountstostrengthenTriluxspresence in high-impact projects.
Your main responsibilities
Managing and supporting the sales team
You will supervise a team of field sales representatives with a variety of profiles based in Belgium and Luxembourg.
You will regularlyaccompanysales representatives in the fieldcoach themtowards a solutions and services-based approach.
You will develop a collective dynamic encouragecollaborationandestablisha cleardemandingand supportive framework.
Sales development and new business
You will instil a genuine business acquisition culture within the team by encouraging and structuring the prospecting of new customers and new business.
You will also contribute to the development of local sales strategies in line with the strategic framework defined by the group.
You will personally take charge of a limited number of strategic customersmainly thosewith high potential or high complexity.
You will support the team on sensitive issues important negotiations or cross-functional projects involving several contacts.
Internal coordination and cross-functional collaboration
You will work closely with internal teams (internal sales research project management customer care) to ensure a smooth and high-quality customer experience.
Reporting and performance management
You willbe responsible forthe overall performance of the sales team in Belgium by monitoring key indicators contributing to the setting ofobjectivesand ensuring regular reporting to Benelux management.
The ideal candidate
You have proven experience in managing a field sales team ideally in a technical or electrotechnical environment (lighting HVAC systems B2B technical solutions).
You are recognised for your ability to lead by example createengagementand support change.
You are comfortable in a hands-on role with a strong presence in the field whilemaintaininga tactical and structured vision.
You are fluent in Dutch and comfortable in French and English in a professional context.
You are independent reliable solution-oriented and driven by a genuine passion for salesperformanceand team development.
