Role Overview:
We are hiring Relationship Managers and Sales Managers for the Business Loan Against Property (B-LAP) segment. The role focuses on business sourcing channel management and portfolio growth within the assigned location.
Key Responsibilities:
Source B-LAP business through DSAs connectors and open market
Build and manage strong DSA & referral networks
Achieve assigned sourcing disbursement and revenue targets
Ensure quality sourcing and adherence to credit & policy norms
Coordinate with credit legal and operations teams for timely disbursements
Maintain healthy portfolio quality and customer relationships
Support branch growth and market expansion initiatives
Eligibility Criteria:
3–8 years of experience in secured lending
Mandatory experience in Business LAP / LAP / Mortgage products
Strong local market knowledge of the assigned geography
Proven track record in DSA / channel-led sourcing
For SM role: prior experience in handling higher targets or mentoring juniors
