Roles and Responsibilities
Marketing Campaign Support:
- Assist in the planning execution and monitoring of marketing campaigns across various channels including digital social media email and print.
- Help develop creative content for marketing materials such as brochures newsletters social media posts and website content.
Content Creation and Management:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and relevant content that aligns with the companys brand and marketing objectives.
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
- Support in biannual refresh of marketing materials
Marketing Analytics and Performance Measurement:
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team preparing reports and maintaining marketing databases.
- Coordinate with external vendors agencies and partners to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
- Stay updated on the latest marketing trends tools and best practices.
- Support the planning and execution of marketing events trade shows and webinars.
- Coordinate logistics promotional materials and post-event follow-up activities.
- Oversee and provide analytics on local website.
- Conduct market research to identify trends customer needs and competitive landscape.
- Analyze marketing data and campaign performance to provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Ensure completion of in country event workflows and payments (AST Support)
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field.
- Experience in marketing internships or entry-level roles in marketing preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g. Google Analytics social media management tools email marketing software) is a plus.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new marketing strategies and tools.
