BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring a Bilingual Spanish-speaking Registered Nurse Clinical Manager to lead our Assistive Care State Programs office in Elizabeth NJ. This role blends leadership clinical oversight and meaningful one-on-one client impact to clients of all ages throughout Union County.

Responsibilities for a RN Clinical Manager:
- Lead inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
- Provide clinical oversight for assistive care state program clients throughout Union County
- Conduct client assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Supervise mentor and support Home Health Aides in the field
- Facilitate new hire orientation.
- Conduct competencies on new and tenured staff.
Qualifications for a RN Clinical Manager:
- Active RN license
- 2 years of RN experience
- Spanish fluency required
- Home care or supervisory experience preferred not required
