CP&P is looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to join the team at our Denver NC precast this role youll be responsible for leading day-to-day operations and driving performance across production maintenance safety quality and continuous improvement.
What Youll Do:
Partner with the plant manager to lead safety initiatives including employee training facility audits and safety procedure development
Oversee daily operations across production maintenance and quality to meet performance and efficiency goals
Set clear production targets monitor key metrics and take corrective action when needed
Coordinate with maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure equipment and facilities are well maintained
Help manage labor freight and repair costs while promoting cost-effective operations
Foster a clean organized and safety-focused work environment that supports employee development and accountability

What You Bring:
2 years of supervisory experience in a precast concrete manufacturing environment
ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician Grade I certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire
NCDOT Concrete Field Technician certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Effective planning organization and leadership abilities
Knowledge of industrial equipment concrete batching techniques and general manufacturing operations
Experience with process improvement programs and industrial production methods
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)
Demonstrated commitment to quality and workplace safety

What You Need:
A high school diploma or GED
U.S. citizenship or legal authorization to work in the United States for any employer
A valid drivers license and reliable transportation

Typical Schedule:
Monday to Friday 40 hours per week depending on workload and production demands
Overtime and weekend work may be required during peak periods

Physical Demands:
Standing sitting walking climbing reaching bending/stooping
Lifting and pushing/pulling (up to 50 lbs.)

Work Environment:
Work is performed in a production environment with exposure to ambient weather and air conditions loud noise dangerous equipment and variable lighting
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required in all production areas
May involve dusty or dirty conditions respirator use confined space entry and work with chemicals
Safety Data Sheets (SDS) maintained onsite by the plant manager
