Position: Quality Assurance / Trainer
Location: Qatar
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in Quality Assurance Training or a similar role.
Qualifications:
Minimum of a Bachelors degree in Education Business Administration Quality Management Human Resources or a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and evaluate processes services or performance to ensure compliance with quality standards and organizational policies.
Conduct audits assessments and quality reviews and prepare detailed evaluation reports.
Identify gaps in performance and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Design develop and deliver training programs based on quality findings and operational requirements.
Conduct onboarding refresher and skill enhancement training sessions for employees.
Develop training materials manuals presentations and assessment tools.
Measure training effectiveness and provide feedback to management.
Collaborate with operations and management teams to continuously improve quality and performance standards.
Ensure adherence to company procedures client requirements and applicable regulations in Qatar.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong analytical evaluation and reporting skills.
Excellent presentation communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to deliver engaging training sessions and provide constructive feedback.
Attention to detail with a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement.
Proficiency in MS Office and relevant quality or training tools.
Preferred:
Experience in training delivery and quality auditing.
Certification in Quality Management Training or related disciplines.
Experience working in Qatar or the GCC region.
