Job Summary:Smooth Airport Operations at the station. Administrative functions at the station and on-time Performance Mishandled Baggage and Customer Experience at the Airport. Managing Safe Operations at Airports
Key Responsibilities:
- To ensure functioning of Safety Security and Quality system within the area of responsibility.
- Responsible for meeting Airport Services KPIs and delivering and monitoring the agreed service standards defined in Ground Handling Procedures Manual.
- Supervising and Coordinating activities conducted by Ground Handling Agents
- Implement and Monitor Service Level Agreements as per the SGHA
- Improvement of levels of safety and security with teamwork.
- To identify hazards and promote safety culture report them on timely manner to their reporting heads.
- Monitor airport activities to obtain maximum safety punctuality and efficient handling of aircraft passengers cargo and ramp services according to customer needs convenience and satisfaction.
- Liaise with relevant regulatory authorities other airlines and all agencies at airport and maintain cordial relations with all.
- Ensure control of company assets and ensure the proper maintenance upkeep of records of all company equipment.
- Keep updating down the line staff at the station of amendments of policies and procedures have regular meetings to discuss station performance.
- Ensure that all operational staff follow company and regulatory guidelines with respect of usage of banned substances.
- Ensure training records are maintained at station and ensure that all employees are trained and their certification is current to avoid any regulatory findings.
- Reporting occurrences events violations and acts that may affect safety security and company reputation to higher management.
- Encourages open reporting system. Maintain confidentiality of such reports received from the employees. Addresses / Escalates/ resolves these issues at station/ higher management.
- Regularly update network on Country specific regulations pertaining to Airport Operations
- Coordinate with various teams to resolve operational challenges when necessary.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Communication Skills
- Team Player
- 08-12 years of experience in Airports
Good to have:
- Load and Trim certification
Educational Qualification:
Should be Graduate.
